Application requirements are as follows:
- ✅ No evictions within the past 5 years
- ✅ No criminal record within the past 5 years, any record prior to 5 years will be considered on a case by case basis
- ✅ Income for home owners must be 3 times the monthly lot rent and for rentals must be 2 times the monthly rent. Income must be verifiable and consistent for at least 6 months
- ✅ Stable and verifiable residency
- ✅ 1 pet under 15 pounds is permitted
- PLEASE DO NOT COMPLETE THE APPLICATION UNTIL YOU HAVE SEEN THE UNIT AND CONFIRMED IT IS AVAILABLE. APPLICATION FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
